1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

Refunds or returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent).
  • The product is expired or deemed unsafe for consumption at the time of delivery.

⚠️ Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products.

2. Conditions for Approval

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) must be provided.
  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue (damaged packaging, incorrect product, or defective item) must be submitted.
  • Products must remain sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging (unless defective upon arrival).

3. Process for Refunds and Returns

  1. Contact our support team at mybuyangle@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order details, photographs, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement product (subject to stock availability), or
  • A refund processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the error is on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will bear the cost of return shipping.
  • If the return is requested for reasons not due to our error, the request will not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with.
  • Promotional or discounted items (unless defective).
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers outside MyBuyAngle.com.
